How to Make a Deposit to Your FXTM Account

  1. Please click on “My Money” on the left side of your MyFXTM menu. Select “Deposit Funds” from the drop-down menu that appears.
  2. Please select your preferred Debit/Credit card solution.
  3. Select your chosen trading account from the “Account” drop-down menu in the form that opens. Then, please choose the currency that your account is denominated in and enter your desired deposit amount.
  4. Fill out the required fields and click "Confirm" to proceed.
  5. Once you have checked that all your information is correct, click "Submit". You will be redirected to a payment processing page where you will need to provide your card details.
  6. You can view your deposit status in your MyFXTM “Transaction History” section. The status of your transfer should be "Processing". Once the deposit has been credited to your trading account, the status in MyFXTM will change to "Funds deposited to the account".

Important Information

When you are making your deposit, please keep the following points in mind:

  1. No third party payments will be accepted.
  2. In order to process your deposit, FXTM requires a color copy of both the front and back side of your card. For security purposes we recommend that you cover all digits except the last 4 on the front side of the card. Please also cover the last 3 digits on the back side of your card (we do not require the CVV code). All other details must be clear and visible and your card must be signed.
  3. FXTM will accept card transactions in EUR, GBP and USD only. All card transactions sent in a different currency will be automatically converted to EUR, GBP or USD; the card processor may charge you a conversion fee.
  4. The card processor will charge the receiving party a fee for each transaction, which is incurred by FXTM clients. (See Conversion Rates Table). The net amount will be posted to your trading account, which was funded through the card processor.
  5. If the deposit is successful it will be posted to your trading account shortly. There might be a delay if the card processor or FXTM is unable to verify your information.
  6. The initial deposit amount must be sent back to the same card from which we received your funds.
  7. You may be required to provide us with an authorization code for your card deposit.
  8. You may be required to provide us with your card statement or a screenshot of your bank statement from your online banking, showing the transaction to FXTM.
  9. All our requirements regarding your card details are always sent through official FXTM email addresses. We will never request any secret card details (CVV, 3D secure code, etc.).   10. FXTM does not keep client card data. All card data is collected and safely kept within the PCI DSS Level 1 licensed Payment Services Provider only.
  11. In accordance to the recommendations of the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, customer card details are protected using a Transport Layer encryption — TLS 1.2 and application layer with algorithm AES and key length 256 bit.

If you wish to withdraw funds from your trading account to your Debit/Credit Card, you must complete a request in MyFXTM.

How to withdraw funds from your FXTM account

  1. Please click on “My Money” on the left side of your MyFXTM menu. Select “Withdraw Funds” from the drop-down menu that appears.
  2. Click on Credit/Debit cards under the Credit/Debit cards section.
  3. Select your chosen trading account from the drop-down menu “Account” in the form that opened. Then, please choose the currency that your account is denominated in. Enter your desired withdrawal amount and fill in all the required fields.
  4. Please ensure that you have read our withdrawal conditions, then click "Confirm".
  5. You can view your withdrawal status in the “Transaction History” section of your MyFXTM.

Important Information

  1. Payments to third parties are not accepted. The name of the card holder must match the name registered on the trading account.
  2. If you wish to withdraw, you have to use the same credit card used when you originally deposited. Please keep in mind that the amount which can be withdrawn via credit card, should not exceed the total deposited amount using the same credit card. The fee for processing fund withdrawals will be subtracted from the withdrawn amount. Additional profits acquired thereafter can be withdrawn by any other available method of your choosing.
  3. Make sure that you have sufficient free margin in your account to cover your withdrawal. If you do not, you may choose to close some open positions in your account before requesting a withdrawal.
  4. Withdrawals are processed by FXTM within 24 hours of your request. The funds will be posted to your Debit/Credit card within one business week of being processed by us. There may be a delay if we are unable to verify your information.
  5. You can withdraw funds using your card only if the same card was used for deposit.
  6. Credit Card Processor Limits (per transaction): Minimum: No minimum. Maximum: 15,000 EUR/USD.
  7. If a situation arises whereby the card processor is unable to process your withdrawal request, our back office team may contact you to discuss the alternative available methods. 
  8. FXTM does not keep client card data. All card data is collected and safely kept within the PCI DSS Level 1 licensed Payment Services Provider only.
